"Student" refers to the learner who uses MathSifu products.

"Product" refers to any MathSifu offering: the Orientation Guide, MasterPlan Playbook, Circle, or MathSifu Mentorship Pass (MMP).

"Moses" refers to Moses KM, the sole operator of MathSifu.

A2. Nature of MathSifu

MathSifu is an independent educational service operated by a single practitioner. It is not a school, tutoring centre, or registered educational institution. No product offered by MathSifu constitutes a guarantee of any academic result, grade, examination score, or learning outcome.

A3. Intellectual Property

All MathSifu materials — including but not limited to the Orientation Guide, MasterPlan Playbook, Circle content, MMP session summaries, checkpoint reports, the 6-step MasterPlan framework, the M5 Maths System, and all associated templates, workables, and content — are the exclusive intellectual property of MathSifu and Moses KM.

Clients and Students may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, adapt, or repurpose any MathSifu materials for commercial or public use without prior written consent from Moses KM. Personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing Student is permitted.

A4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MathSifu's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with any product shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that product. MathSifu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost examination opportunities, academic setbacks, distress, or any other consequential outcome.

A5. Amendments

MathSifu reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will not affect confirmed, paid engagements or active subscriptions already in progress. New purchases will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of purchase. The current version will be available at mathsifu.com.

A6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

A7. Contact

For queries, contact MathSifu via WhatsApp or through mathsifu.com.

PART B — ORIENTATION GUIDE (FREE)

B1. What It Is

The Orientation Guide is a free PDF download that introduces MathSifu's philosophy, first principles, and approach to learning. It is an educational reflection resource, not a training manual or coaching programme.

B2. No Payment Required

The Orientation Guide is provided at no cost. No purchase is necessary to access it.

B3. Scope of the Resource

The Orientation Guide covers MathSifu's philosophy and values — specifically why MathSifu approaches learning the way it does. It does not teach the MasterPlan framework (that is the Playbook's purpose) and does not constitute mentorship, coaching, or personalised advice of any kind.

B4. No Warranty

The Orientation Guide is provided "as is." MathSifu makes no warranty that the content will produce any specific learning outcome, behavioural change, or academic result for any individual Student.

B5. Use of Personal Information

If the Client provides an email address or contact details to receive the Orientation Guide, that information will be used solely for delivery of the resource and any directly related MathSifu communications. MathSifu does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

PART C — MASTERPLAN PLAYBOOK ($27 ONE-TIME)

C1. What It Is

The MasterPlan Playbook is a one-time purchase digital product that teaches the 6-step MathSifu MasterPlan framework. It includes the framework guide, a one-page reference poster, a practice question pack, and workable templates.

C2. What It Is Not

The Playbook is a self-directed learning resource. It is not:

  • Coaching, mentorship, or live instruction
  • A substitute for the MMP
  • A guarantee of exam readiness or academic results
  • A product that entitles the purchaser to any contact with Moses

C3. Payment & Delivery

Payment of $27 is required at the point of purchase. Upon confirmed payment, the Playbook will be delivered digitally. MathSifu does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe but aims to deliver within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

C4. Refund Policy

The MasterPlan Playbook is non-refundable. Due to the immediate digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered once the Playbook has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact MathSifu via WhatsApp and the issue will be resolved.

C5. Prerequisite Role

The Playbook serves as the prerequisite for the MMP. Students enrolling in any MMP tier are expected to have read and understood the Playbook before their first session. MathSifu will not be held responsible for reduced session effectiveness where this prerequisite has not been met.

C6. Personal Use Only

The Playbook is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing Student only. It may not be shared, photocopied, resold, or distributed in any form.

PART D — CIRCLE ($67/MONTH SUBSCRIPTION)

D1. What It Is

The Circle is a monthly subscription that provides access to a structured self-directed practice environment. It includes the M5 Maths System, Mental Maths courses, templates and workables, and evolving content vaults on thinking, execution, and learning design.

D2. What It Is Not

The Circle is explicitly not any of the following:

  • One-to-one coaching, mentorship, or live instruction
  • A substitute for the MMP
  • A product that includes personalised feedback on individual questions
  • A product that entitles the subscriber to direct access to Moses
  • An exam preparation or syllabus coverage service

The Circle provides an environment and structured resources. What the Student does with that environment is entirely their responsibility.

D3. Who It Is For

The Circle is designed for self-motivated Students who are ready to practice independently. It is not suitable for Students who require weekly check-ins, hand-holding, or reactive coaching. Families are encouraged to assess fit honestly before subscribing.

D4. Subscription Terms

Subscription is billed monthly at $67. Billing recurs on the same date each month. The subscription continues until cancelled. MathSifu reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice; price changes will not affect the current billing cycle in which notice is given.

D5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their Circle subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access continues until that date. MathSifu does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months remaining after cancellation.

D6. Refund Policy

Circle subscription fees are non-refundable. Monthly charges already processed will not be refunded regardless of usage level. If a billing error has occurred, contact MathSifu within 7 days and it will be investigated and corrected where applicable.

D7. Content Updates

Circle content is updated and expanded over time at Moses's discretion. MathSifu makes no guarantee of the frequency, volume, or nature of content updates. Content is provided to support independent learning and does not create an obligation to deliver specific topics, resources, or materials on any schedule.

D8. Relationship to MMP

The Circle and MMP are separate products. The Circle is not bundled with any MMP tier. Subscribing to the Circle does not entitle a Client to MMP sessions, and purchasing an MMP tier does not include Circle access. Many Students use both; many use only one. Both approaches are valid and supported.

D9. Suspension or Termination of Access

MathSifu reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscriber's Circle access if the Client's conduct is abusive, disruptive, or inconsistent with MathSifu's values. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

PART E — MATHSIFU MENTORSHIP PASS (MMP)

The MMP Terms are the most detailed, reflecting the depth and commitment of this product. Parts A through D also apply to MMP enrollments.

E1. What It Is

The MMP is a session-based, time-bound mentorship system designed to correct execution, thinking, and learning behaviour. It is not a content delivery or syllabus coverage service. Moses applies the MathSifu MasterPlan framework as a lens to diagnose the specific conditions causing repeated failure in a Student's work.

E2. What It Is Not

MMP deliberately avoids and does not provide:

  • Fixed weekly lessons or a regular tutoring schedule
  • Syllabus coverage or topic-by-topic instruction
  • Guaranteed exam grades, scores, or results
  • Unlimited messaging or on-demand access to Moses
  • Emotional counselling or pastoral support
  • Exam cramming or rescue packages
  • Hour-based accounting of mentorship time

Any expectation in these directions signals a misalignment with MMP's model. MathSifu reserves the right to decline enrollment or terminate an engagement where such expectations persist after being addressed.

E3. MMP Tiers

Three tiers are available. Each is a discrete, self-contained commitment:

TierPeriodSessionsPrice
Initiation1 month3$450
Discipline3 months8$1,200
Mastery6 months15$2,100

The per-session rate is $150 for Initiation and Discipline, and $140 for Mastery.

E4. Session Terms

Duration: Sessions run between 60 and 120 minutes. Duration is determined by Moses based on pedagogical need at the time of each session. The maximum is 2 hours per session. Clients and Students do not determine session length.

Scheduling: Sessions are Student-initiated. Students book sessions when they have a genuine need for mentorship support. There is no fixed weekly schedule. MathSifu does not automatically schedule or prompt sessions on behalf of the Student or Client.

Session Cap: Each tier has a hard cap on total sessions. Sessions do not roll over. Unused sessions at the end of the engagement period are forfeited without refund or credit.

Overage Sessions: If the session cap is reached before the engagement period ends and additional support is needed, overage sessions may be booked at $180 per session. Overage sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at Moses's discretion.

Playbook Prerequisite: All MMP Students are expected to have read the MasterPlan Playbook before their first session. MMP sessions assume fluency with the 6-step framework. Students who are unfamiliar with the framework will be directed to complete the Playbook before sessions commence. Sessions used to teach the framework rather than apply it are the Client's responsibility and will not be compensated.

E5. Deliverables by Tier

Notion Dashboard (all tiers): All MMP Students receive access to a Notion Dashboard for the duration of their engagement period. Initiation Students receive the Lite Dashboard (performance snapshot, friction points, active intervention lens, question submission portal). Discipline and Mastery Students receive the Full Dashboard, which adds error pattern tracking, decision-making notes, topic exposure maps, and session outcomes. Dashboard content is updated by Moses in weekly batches. Real-time updates are not guaranteed.

Session Summaries (all tiers): Moses provides a 3–5 bullet executive-style session summary within 24–48 hours of each completed session. Summaries are not transcripts. They capture what was worked on, the key pattern or decision observed, and the Student's next action.

Checkpoint Reports:

  • Initiation: one report at end of Month 1
  • Discipline: one report at end of Month 3 or when 8 sessions are completed, whichever comes first
  • Mastery: two reports — mid-point (Month 3 or 8 sessions, whichever first) and end-point (Month 6 or 15 sessions, whichever first)

Reports are 1–2 pages in executive summary format, covering four dimensions: Conceptual Understanding, Problem-Solving Capability, Learning Independence, and Confidence & Engagement. They are directional and diagnostic and do not constitute formal academic records.

All deliverables are supplementary tools to support the mentorship process. They do not create additional obligations, additional session entitlements, or grounds for refund if the Student does not engage with them.

E6. Payment Terms

Payment for the selected MMP tier is required in full at the time of enrollment. Partial payments, installment plans, and deferred arrangements are not offered under any circumstances. Upfront payment is a deliberate structural feature of MMP that signals commitment and philosophical alignment.

E7. Refund Policy

ALL MMP SALES ARE FINAL. MATHSIFU DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY MMP TIER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This applies without exception, including but not limited to: change of mind after purchase; dissatisfaction with session outcomes or Moses's approach; the Student's failure to book or attend sessions; external circumstances including illness, travel, or exam scheduling conflicts; disagreement with MathSifu's pedagogical philosophy; early withdrawal from the engagement; and changes in the family's personal or financial circumstances.

The no-refund policy is not punitive. It is a structural safeguard that protects the integrity of the mentorship relationship and ensures that only families with genuine commitment enter MMP. Clients who are uncertain are encouraged to begin with the Initiation tier, which is specifically designed to test alignment at the lowest commitment level.

E8. Engagement Conduct

Student Responsibility: The effectiveness of MMP depends substantially on the Student's engagement, effort, and willingness to act on Moses's guidance between sessions. MathSifu cannot be held responsible for outcomes where the Student has not engaged actively with the process.

Parent/Guardian Role: Clients are expected to support the engagement without undermining Moses's judgment or pedagogical approach. Philosophical alignment between Moses and the family is a prerequisite for effective intervention.

Communication: Primary communication for session booking and queries is conducted via WhatsApp. MathSifu does not offer unlimited messaging, email access, or consultation outside of booked sessions.

Right to Terminate: MathSifu reserves the right to terminate an engagement at any time if, in Moses's sole judgment, the family's conduct, expectations, or engagement is fundamentally misaligned with MMP's philosophy or creates an unsustainable working relationship. In such cases, a pro-rated credit for unused sessions may be offered at MathSifu's sole discretion but is not guaranteed.

E9. Package Transitions

Each MMP tier is a discrete, self-contained commitment. Mid-engagement upgrades from one tier to another are not permitted. Clients wishing to progress to a higher tier must complete their current engagement period and enroll in a new tier thereafter. MathSifu does not offer partial-tier completions, split engagements, or hybrid arrangements.

E10. Client Acknowledgement

By completing payment for any MMP tier, the Client confirms all of the following:

  • They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
  • They accept the no-refund policy without reservation.
  • They understand MMP is a session-based, judgment-first mentorship model and not traditional weekly tutoring.
  • They are purchasing with genuine commitment to the selected engagement period.
  • They are the legal parent or guardian of the enrolled Student, or an adult Student purchasing for themselves.
  • They understand that academic outcomes are not guaranteed.
