No Refund Policy
All MathSifu products and services are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:
- Orientation Guide (Free)
- MathSifu MasterPlan Playbook ($27)
- Circle Subscription ($67/month)
- MathSifu Mentorship Pass - all tiers ($450 / $1,200 / $2,100)
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Product-Specific Terms
Playbook ($27)
Once payment is processed, the Playbook purchase is final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Failure to read or apply the material
- Dissatisfaction with content
- Duplicate purchase
Circle Subscription ($67/month)
- Subscription is billed monthly
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current month, partial months, or unused access
- Once cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period
MathSifu Mentorship Pass (MMP)
- All MMP packages require full upfront payment before engagement begins
No refunds will be issued regardless of:
- Number of sessions used
- Time elapsed in engagement period
- Change in student circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with mentorship
- Failure to complete the package
Example: If you purchase MMP Discipline (8 sessions, $1,200) and use only 2 sessions, there is no refund for the remaining 6 sessions. Sessions do not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of the engagement period (1 month for Initiation, 3 months for Discipline, 6 months for Mastery).
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased digital products (e.g., Playbook download failure, Circle login issues), you may contact Moses directly via WhatsApp at +6597457687 to resolve the issue.Technical support does not constitute grounds for refund. Issues will be resolved through alternative delivery methods or troubleshooting.
Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Chargebacks and payment disputes are treated seriously.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or payment provider instead of contacting MathSifu directly:
- All access to MathSifu products and services will be immediately suspended
- Your account will be flagged and you will be permanently banned from future purchases
- Legal action may be pursued to recover costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks
