Structure and Pace

Mentorship is structured with flexibility, rather than fixed assumptions about pace or frequency.

Some students benefit from regular weekly sessions, while others work better with sessions spaced out, supported by independent practice in between on their own terms.

There is no single format that suits everyone. What matters more is the awareness of their own learning needs.

Session Formats

Sessions are conducted one-to-one, either offline (at the student's place) or online.

Sessions work best when students:

  • arrive with questions or areas they wish to clarify

  • engage actively during the session

  • continue working independently afterwards

Sessions are not designed to replace self-study, but to support it.

Before Reaching Out

This approach works best for families who are value:

  • steady progress rather than quick fixes

  • shared responsibility between mentor and student

  • allowing space for independent thinking

If you haven’t already, you may wish to read Orientation and Working Together before getting in touch.

Rates

Rates reflect one-to-one mentorship and preparation beyond the session itself.

Range: $50- $70 per hour

Session duration typically ranges from 1 to 2 hours.

Sessions may be arranged on a regular basis or on demand, depending on the needs of the student.

Rates are fixed and non-negotiable.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, subject to availability.

Regular weekly slots may be arranged where appropriate.

Flexible scheduling is also possible for students who opt for on-demand packages.

Scheduling works best when students are able to manage preparation and time responsibly.
